Incapacitating agents

The best known incapacitating agent is BZ (3-Quinuclidinyl benzilate). This agent affects the motoric, psychological aspects and the ability to think clearly. High doses can cause psychosis. There is a latency of between 30 and 60 minutes, while the strongest effects are experienced after 4 to 8 hours. Since BZ is not a lethal agent, no LCt50 is available. The second most familiar incapacitating agent is Kolokol-1, a Soviet-developed agent.
